Human Resource Management (B.B.A.)
The Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Human Resource Management (HRM) online program prepares students in areas of employee relations, compensation and benefits, and recruiting. The program curriculum is aligned with the standards of the largest professional body – the Society of Human Resource Management – in the world of work. Due to this, students selecting HRM as a major prepare to be functionally capable of taking on a generalist role, performing the core HR functions on the job, in any organization.
A Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from the University of Central Oklahoma will provide a dynamic learning environment where students develop a personal lifelong learning strategy. The marketing program equips our students with the intellectual and professional knowledge, and skills necessary for marketing and business positions in the regional, national and global marketplace. Students are prepared for visible marketing functions such as advertising, sales promotion, publicity, merchandising and transportation, as well as the less-visible functions like strategic planning, market research, new product and new market development, branding and forecasting.
