Master of Business Administration - Professional (M.B.A)

Master of Education — Library Media Education (M.Ed.)
The online Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Library Media Education meets the requirements set forth by the Oklahoma State Department of Education for standard certification as a School Library Media Specialist for grades PK-12. Upon completion of this specialized program, students will have developed a theoretical, philosophical and practical knowledge base and prescribed competencies upon which to enter the common school, private school, and other institutional job markets in school librarianship. In addition to earning their M.Ed., students will also have the opportunity to complete the Oklahoma School Library Media Specialist Certification.
Human Resource Management (B.B.A.)
The Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Human Resource Management (HRM) online program prepares students in areas of employee relations, compensation and benefits, and recruiting. A Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from the University of Central Oklahoma will provide a dynamic learning environment where students develop a personal lifelong learning strategy. The marketing program equips our students with the intellectual and professional knowledge, and skills necessary for marketing and business positions in the regional, national and global marketplace. Students are prepared for visible marketing functions such as advertising, sales promotion, publicity, merchandising and transportation, as well as the less-visible functions like strategic planning, market research, new product and new market development, branding and forecasting.
Adult Degree Completion Programs
While all Connected Campus programs offer flexibility for working adults, these programs are particularly ideal for adults who have earned prior college credits and want to complete their degree.
The Bachelor of Business Administration in General Business from the UCO College of Business provides a broad business education, ideal for students returning to finish their college degree or who don’t have a preference or need for a specific business major.
Students can select courses in accounting, economics, entrepreneurship, finance, information systems and operations management, international business, legal studies, management and marketing. This program prepares students to succeed in a variety of business-related industries.
The Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership is offered through Reach Higher, Oklahoma’s flexible adult degree completion program. Students will learn about professional communication, leadership, management and ethics, and choose an area of focus in either Supervision or Global Citizenship. Students graduate prepared to succeed in a broad array of industries.
The Bachelor of Science in General Studies is ideal for students returning to college to complete their degree and students who have earned credits in several disciplines and are close to earning the number of credits needed to graduate. Students choose classes across Central’s five academic colleges: Business, Education and Professional Studies, Fine Arts and Design, Liberal Arts and Mathematics and Science.
