M.P.A., Urban Management
The UCO Master of Public Administration prepares you to take a leadership role in public service, contributing to meaningful programs and advancements that make our communities thrive. The UCO MPA - Urban Management track promotes an emphasis on urban management, sustainability, urban planning and policy, emergency management and sustainable economic development. The MPA can be completed in as little as two years for $15,500.
The Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree will help to provide for the increasing global need of health care practitioners with expanded nursing knowledge. The degree is available to students who have completed a traditional baccalaureate degree in nursing and to Career Advancement students who have an associate degree in nursing who would like to pursue a master's degree. The MSN is accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education.

M.Ed., Library Media Education
The online Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Library Media Education meets the requirements set forth by the Oklahoma State Department of Education for standard certification as a School Library Media Specialist for grades PK-12. Upon completion of this specialized program, students will have developed a theoretical, philosophical and practical knowledge base and prescribed competencies upon which to enter the common school, private school, and other institutional job markets in school librarianship. In addition to earning their M.Ed., students will also have the opportunity to complete the Oklahoma School Library Media Specialist Certification.
RN to B.S. in Nursing
The RN to B.S. in Nursing track at UCO is available online for RNs who are interested in furthering their nursing education. Upon successful completion, nurses will have earned a Bachelor's of Science degree. Registered nurses are eligible to apply to the UCO RN to BS track with: an associate degree from an accredited nursing program; successful completion of the NCLEX-RN licensure exam; completed the university prerequisites; and, a current unencumbered nursing license.
B.B.A., Human Resource Management
The online bachelor of business administration in human resource management (HRM) program prepares students in areas of employee relations, compensation and benefits, and recruiting. The program curriculum is aligned with the standards of the largest professional body – the Society of Human Resource Management – in the world of work. Due to this, students selecting HRM as a major prepare to be functionally capable of taking on a generalist role, performing the core HR functions on the job, in any organization.
The online bachelor of business administration in marketing program equips our students with the intellectual and professional knowledge, and skills necessary for marketing and business positions in the regional, national and global marketplace. Students are prepared for visible marketing functions such as advertising, sales promotion, publicity, merchandising and transportation, as well as the less-visible functions like strategic planning, market research, new-product and new-market development, branding and forecasting.
